At Sahair, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
Eligible Items
- Hair Products, Hair Tools, and Hair Extensions: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Original Condition: All items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or have been tampered with in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Resellable Quality: To maintain the highest standards for all our customers, we can only accept returns if the product is in a condition suitable for resale. Items with altered packaging, missing components, or other signs that they’ve been opened or used will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@sahair.com with your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
- Shipping: You will receive further instructions on shipping your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or Opened Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair products, tools, or extensions that have been used or removed from their original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, excluding any original shipping fees.
